The number of users may be computers that act as client. Company creates database and server to provide material for working. As you know, database and server is different section. If you install server on your private computer, any changing can be done directly. On the other side, administrator and users may not be at nearby environment. You need Remote Desktop application. This app helps to connect computer to the server via internet or wireless connection.

  1. Automate system

Windows Server is able to automate the procedure. Repetition task can be done with few scripts. Administrator just monitors and manages the traffic, but all tasks will be in automation mode. It is very helpful because it saves the time and reduces the resource.
